The rooms were massive with fine river views and a cozy atmosphere. The rooftop was perfect for sunset hangs, and the location was super convenient for exploring.

Property was PERFECT, with courteous staff and amazing location to cafe where breakfast was. Huge room with excellent breakfast, a fantastic bathroom plus better better view, I had everything needed.

Facilities were beautiful, nonetheless Wi-Fi was rather slow.

Location just off the balconies overlooking the old bridge and Duomo and Uffizi.

The jetted tub was a great way to unwind, but the shower was cramped.

Really enjoyed TV set with satellite channels, climate control and an individual safe in the room. The river view was LOVELY. Location: the hotel was near the main tourist attractions and fine brand stores, the legendary Ponte Vecchio and atmospheric restaurant.

The location of Rivalta is fantastic-right in front of the Arno River, close to major attractions like the Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi. The room I had offered beautiful views and plenty of natural light. The bedding felt plush, and the linens were of high quality, made sleep enjoyable. Breakfast options were varied and delicious, with fresh pastries and a good assortment of hot foods. Staff members were quick to assist with requests, providing local recommendations and tips. I faced some issues with the room's design. The shower was cramped. I had to navigate through confusing hallways to access my room. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's ambiance and service left a positive impression overall.

The breakfast was very nice, with fresh pastries and personalized orders. The staff were friendly, even offering complimentary bottled water when we arrived, which was a thoughtful touch after a long day of travel.

The room was poorly lit. I could hear noise from the courtyard and reception area late into the night, hard to relax. The rooftop terrace was misleading. It was nothing like the pictures online, and the seating was inadequate.

Enjoyed a cozy, relaxing experience in the Beautiful Double Room with Jacuzzi Bathtub. The jetted tub provided a perfect end to our days exploring Florence's sights. Staff were friendly and accommodating, offering local dining recommendations. Future guests should ask for tips on the best local gelato!

It was just a balanced option for a rapid stop in Florence with best value. The staff was friendly and helpful, made my stay a little easier. Bring some air fresheners, as the ventilation could use an upgrade.

Rivalta is a feast for the senses! The organic chicken was so juicy, I nearly swooned. Those sunset views from the rooftop? Pure magic! Plus, my room reminded me of a cozy home with lovely decor, made every morning special.

Only 2 things I feel I should mention. 1) Rooms could use some hooks for hanging stuff. I visited at the end of March, and the heaters were cranked up, feeling a bit too toasty for spring. Still, everything else sparkled!
